To celebrate over 30 years of the New Zealand Opera School we are delighted to announce the launch of the rose ‘NZ Opera School’ in collaboration with award-winning Whanganui rose breeders, Matthews Roses.
Bred by Bob Matthews, and personally selected by Donald Trott, the NZ Opera School rose is stunning! It has glistening pure white blooms, elegantly displayed in clusters of multi-petal cupped form. The citrus scented flowers are perfect for picking, borne throughout the season on a robust growing plant with glossy foliage. Repeat flowering. Height 1.2m approximately.
It has been a joy working alongside the experts at Matthews Roses to create the NZ Opera School rose and we believe it is truly special.
